Cыпучиe аноды, аноды в форме прутков и пластинa

Для эффективного покрытия поверхности мы предлагаем вам аноды, соответствующие гальваническому процессу. Цель - точно дозировать компоненты и таким образом свести к минимуму материальные потери. Мы предлагаем Вам индивидуальные решения для финишной обработки металлов. Наш ассортимент продукции состоит из высококачественных чистых оловянных и свинцовых анодов, а также из стандартных сплавов (например, свинцовые оловянные аноды) в форме сыпучих материалов, прутков и пластинa. Мы с удовольствием выполним изготовление специальных сплавов в соответствии с Вашими требованиями. Чистые оловянные аноды (Sn99.9 - Sn99.99) доступны в различных материалах и отличаются по содержанию свинца: свинец (Pb) макс. 0.03%; свинец (Pb) макс. 0.01%; свинец (Pb) макс. 0.005%.


Различные форматы продукции - сыпучие материалы, прутки и пластины - позволяют успешно решать задачи, связанные с электрохимическим растворением цветных металлов и достичь оптимальной степени использования материала. Воспользуйтесь преимуществами различных форматов в зависимости от области применения. 


В зависимости от производственного процесса и инфраструктуры, Вы можете закрепить наши аноды в форме прутков и пластинa с помощью литых зажимов, крючков или резьбы в корпусе аноды. Быстрая и несложная фиксация анодов в форме прутков и пластинa в ванне гальванического покрытия гарантирует бесперебойную работу оборудования. В зависимости от процесса, при использовании массивныx анодов требуется лишь несколько последующих проверок.


Cыпучиe аноды обладают дополнительными преимуществами при обработке. Вы можете добавить их в специальные корзины или мешки, что позволяет быстро и индивидуально выполнять повторную дозировку. В отличие от этого, замена массивных анодов в форме прутков и пластинa возможна только в целом. Аноды в форме стержней и гранулa также являются отличным наполнителем для паяльных ванн (электроника (EMS) и электронная техника).
