High degree of material utilisation
Optimise your material consumption with loose-format anodes.Accurate dispensing
The use of loose-format anodes provides maximum flexibility and allows for customised top-up dispensing.Quick handling
Fix rod and plate anodes in place in the electroplating bath easily using hooks and clamps.Fewer follow-up checks
Depending on the process being used, benefit from considerably fewer follow-up checks when using rod and plate anodes.

Loose-format anodes, rod and plate anodes
For efficient surface coating, we provide anodes that have been specially adapted to the particular electroplating process. This requires the accurate dispensing of the components in order to keep material loss to a minimum. We offer customised solutions for metal finishing. Our product portfolio includes high-quality pure tin and lead anodes as well as anodes made from standard alloys (e.g. lead-tin anodes) in the form of loose-format anodes, rods and plates. We will also gladly provide you with special alloys in accordance with your specifications. Pure tin (Sn99,9 to Sn99,99) anodes are available in different material qualities and differ with regard to their lead content: lead (Pb) max. 0.03%; lead (Pb) max. 0.01%; lead (Pb) max. 0.005%.
The various product formats - loose, rods and plates - open up a wide range of application options and allow you to successfully meet the challenges involved in the electrochemical dissolution of non-ferrous metals and to achieve an optimal degree of material utilisation. The formats have different characteristics that will be of particular benefit depending on your area of use.
Depending on your production process and infrastructure, our rod and plate anodes can be fixed in place using clamps, hooks or a thread inside the anode body. The quick and easy fixation of the rod and plate anodes in the electroplating bath ensures a smooth workflow within your process. Depending on the process being used, only a few follow-up checks are required when using solid anodes.
Loose-format anodes have different benefits during processing. These can be stored in special baskets or sacks, allowing for quick and customised top-up dispensing. This is not possible with rod or plate anodes, which can only be replaced as complete units. Anodes in the form of sticks and pellets are also suitable as filling materials for solder baths in the electronics.
